What can the AI voice and WhatsApp agents do?
They talk to customers about a campaign, give information, follow up, update CRM lead records and create sales orders, and you can set them up for many other activities. They come with the multiple-location plan.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages, emails, calls and AI?
Usage is charged at actuals. WhatsApp conversation charges, email sending, voice minutes and AI usage are billed either by the third-party provider or by Terrapin, based on what you use. They are not part of the subscription.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Bulk WhatsApp messages, team live chat and the WhatsApp agent use the official WhatsApp Business API with your own number. Ask us during the requirement discussion if you need help setting it up.
Which features need the multiple-location plan?
The AI voice agent, the AI WhatsApp agent, and analytics and reports come with the multiple-location plan, which starts with a minimum of 2 users. See the Pricing section for the amounts.
How is it priced?
Free for up to 2 users at one location. More users, or more than one location, move to a paid annual plan. See the Pricing section for the amounts.
What counts as a location?
Each shop, branch or office your team works from. One location is free for up to 2 users; with multiple locations, the annual plan for 2 users applies.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. The app is sold as an annual subscription only.
How do I buy?
Choose the number of users in Pricing and click Show interest. Our sales team reaches out to understand your requirements, suggests the right app or set of apps, and sends a proposal. Once you accept it, we share the agreement, and your subscription is issued after the agreement is signed and payment is made.
Is the price I see final?
No. Showing interest is not an order and does not guarantee the product will be sold at that price. The final price and scope are set in the proposal after the requirement discussion, and confirmed in the agreement.
Do I need implementation?
Not usually. Setup is self-service with step-by-step guidance. If you would rather have our team set it up, implementation is available as a one-time service. Pricing shows an estimated range; the actual budget is set in the requirement discussion, based on complexity.
Can I move to the full suite later?
Yes. Your records stay in place when you move up to the suite, so there is nothing to migrate.
