    What is Terrapin eCommerce?

    How is it different from Shopify or WooCommerce?

    Store builders are made for one consumer store plus add-on apps. Terrapin runs consumer, dealer and services storefronts on one platform, with dealer pricing and wallets, multi-warehouse stock, billing and AI assistants built in, and implementation included.

    Can I sell on Amazon and other marketplaces?

    Yes. You publish to Amazon from the same catalogue and see those orders with the rest. Marketplace Commerce covers others such as Meesho and Facebook; confirm the channels you need in your demo.

    Can dealers have their own prices and credit?

    Yes. Dealers are onboarded with approvals and get their own prices, incentives, wallets and payment terms. They place orders on their own portal or by voice.

    Do I need separate billing or payment software?
